Assam Gas Company Recruitment of Manager & Executive Trainee : Subsequently, NRL offered to pick up a 40% equity stake in the project and a new company, DNP Ltd with equity participation by AGCL (60%) and NRL(40%) was formed. The company was registered on 15th June 2007 with its operational headquarters at AGCL, Duliajan. Later on Oil India Limited joined hands for an equity participation in the project.   • ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION : Candidate must be BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

  • DESIRED QUALIFICATION : Diploma Material Management Training OEM’s factory gas engine/
    Compressor manufacturers.

  • EXPERIENCE MAX :At least 6-12(for Dy.Mgr)/12-15yrs (for Manager) Post Qualification & relevant Experience of O&M of natural gas engine driven compressor/material management in a reputed Company/Organization.

2. Dy. Manager /Manager(Pipelines & SCADA) (01 no.)

  • ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION :Candidate must be BE or B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.

  • DESIRED QUALIFICATION : Post graduate diploma/degree in fluid mechanics/IT/E&T etc equivalent

  • EXPERIENCE MAX :At least 6-12(for Dy.Mgr)/12-15 yrs (for Manager)Post Qualification Experience in relevant field of O&M of natural gas pipeline/SCADA/Telecom in a reputed Company/Organization

  • AGE  (As on 01.08.17) : 35/40 years


3. Executive Trainee for  Finance & Accounts Deptt.

  • ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION :Candidate must be Chartered Account/ CMA

  • DESIRED QUALIFICATION :1. Certification in Ind – AS 2. Experience working Tally/MS office etc.

Selection Methodology:



  1. The selection methodology will comprise Written Test and a Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test which will be of qualifying nature.

  2. A candidate will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in the written test to qualify for further consideration.

  3. The minimum qualifying marks in the written test will be relaxed by 5% for candidates belonging to ST categories considered against reserved positions. 

  4. Obtaining minimum qualifying marks in the written test does not confer any right or claim by the candidate for being short listed for further consideration or the final selection, as the same is related to number of positions, ratio applied and relative performance in respective categories. 

  5. Short listed candidates, in the ratio of 1:2 (two candidates for one post, with due cognizance to number of reserved posts) subject to securing minimum qualifying marks in the written test, will be required to undergo a Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT). The SPPT for each discipline shall be conducted by a duly constituted committee. 

  6. In case of tie of marks in the written test for the last position on the Shortlist for SPPT, all such candidates shall be called for the SPPT, even if the total number exceeds the prescribed ratio. If such a situation arises anywhere before the last position while drawing a list, the last name/last few names, in proportion to the prescribed ratio, will get eliminated.
