Office Executive Position in Drishtee a Social Enterprise

Drishtee is a social enterprise that work for the development of rural people. Now a day, Drishtee is primarily engage in banking services(tied up with SBI) and rural service marketing(Skill development training, Kiosk banking, setting up Customer Service point(CSP)/Franchisees,) as well as we are also going to start supply chain management service line all over Northeast region.
Currently we are looking for an Office Executive(Male) at our Guwahati Regional office:
Name of the Post : Office Executive
Total Post : 1 Post(Male) only from Guwahati. 
Salary : Rs.6500/- Gross plus Traveling/Conveyance allowance, Mobile bill allowance.

Job Responsibilities :
  • 1. Monitoring the administration(Including electronic goods) of the office
  • 2. Receiving couriers and documents.
  • 3. Packing and sending of parcels, documents etc to other division offices
  • 4. Receiving phone calls in the land line
  • 5. Maintaining all the information of Ceep Certificates & mark-sheets , Bags, Books etc,
  • 6. Issuing of Id cards for CSPs
  • 7. To bring and dispatch of kiosk banking forms for all the divisions and the CSPs.
  • 8. Visit LHO and Banks to deliver documents and cheques,
  • 9. Booking of hotels, guest house,auditorium etc for meeting and other purposes.
  • 10. Looking after the front office
  • 11. Dealing with vendors management(Coffee machine, freezing machine) and third parties.
Eligibility Criteria :
  • 1. Only from Guwahati
  • 2. A Graduate in any stream with basic computer knowledge.
  • 3. Own Vehicle is mandatory.
  • 4. A smart and active person.

Office Executive Position in Ferro Alloys Manufacturing Unit at Barnihat Meghalaya

A Ferro alloys manufacturing unit is looking for an Office Executive, for their plant in Byrnihat, Meghalaya.
Job Description: 
  • 1. Ensure follow-up and timely delivery of raw materials and consignments as per purchase orders or directions from HO. 
  • 2. Check lorry receipt/Invoices/packing list & other documents of incoming materials. 
  • 3. To do the work assigned to you by the Management time to time. 
  • 4. Visiting Offices of Electricity boards, sales tax dept., excise dept for submitting/receiving letters, etc. 
  • 5. Maintain Manual Entry Registers. 
  • 6. Preparing weekly reports. 
  • 7. Obtain seals and signatures of incoming materials from 
  • 8. Should be able to ride two-wheeler with a valid License. 
  • 9. Know how to send & receive mails. 
  • 10. Basic working knowledge of computer operation & MS Office (MS WORD & EXCEL) Added.
Eligibility Criteria: 
  • 1. Energetic Male candidate with a minimum 2 years of experience. 
  • 2. Preferable candidates with B.Com (Commerce Graduate) or Any other formal degree or diploma, which gives weight to the above mentioned job responsibilities. 
  • 3. Age- 25 -40 Years 
  • 4. Basic working knowledge of Internet, Emails, MS Office – Word & Excel. (Knowledge of Tally will be Added criteria) 
  • 5. Prior Knowledge of documentation of billing, sales tax/vat, Road Permit, Transporter biltys, weightment etc. would be preferred 
  • 6. Should be willing to be stationed at Byrnihat, Meghalaya as well as Guwahati, Assam. 
  • 7. Salary as per Industry Standards. 8000 -15,000 per month with basic Lodging facilities (in campus), borne by the company. This salary package is indicative only. Actual package to as per candidate’s potential.
