It is for the information to all concerned that Written Tests for the post of Junior Assistant & Assistant Store Keeper under DTE, Assam will be held on 30th July'2017 and the Admit Card can be downloaded from the website of the Directorate www.dteassam.in by putting the Application Number, from 18/7/2017. The candidates who have not entered/provided their correct Application No. while making the payment of Examination Fee at State Bank Collect will not be able to download their admit card. The list of such candidates will be made available at www.dteassam.in on 12/07/2017. Such candidates may come to the Help Desk at the Directorate of Technical Education for fixing the problem by providing the proof of payment [i.e. State Bank Collect Reference No.) during 12f7/2017 to 15/07/2017. It is to be noted that there will be no Help Desk after 15/7/2017 and no request for issue of Admit Card shall be entertained.

Ombudsman jobs  in Panchayat and Rural Development Assam:Applications are invited for preparation of a panel for filling up the post of Ombudsman under MGNREGA in the following districts.

  • Experience : The candidates should have at least twenty years of experience in  public administration, law, academics, social work or management and should not be a member of a recognized political party or banned organization. The candidate must be physically active and capable of conducting field tours, inspections and visits to remote rural locations in the districts

  • Salary : The Ombudsman shall be allowed compensation, in the form of a fee of Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand) per sitting with maximum upper limit of Rs. 20,000/-( Rupees twenty

Applications are invited in the standard from of application published in Secheodule-IX of the Assam Gazette from the citizen of India who are inclined to serve for Agriculture Development in the rural areas of Assam, or appointment to the post of VLEW in the scale of pay of Rs. 5200-20,200/- plus Grade pay of Rs. 2400/- under pay band -2 plus other allowances as admissible.

A person claiming benefit of rural background is required to submit rural background certificate from the’concerned competent authority specified at Schedule -H.
