In pursuance of the Govt. letter No. AEE.402/2014/79 sated 21/11/2014 online application are invited In prescribed form from the candidates who are Citizens of India as defined n Articles 5 to 8 of the constitutions of India for filling up of the vacancies as indicated below in the Field Level Offices under he Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam In Pay Band-I (PB-2) 0 RS. 5.200 - 20,200 + Grade Pay Rs. 3,000/- per month plus otter allowances as admissible under rules. Reservation of posts for ST(P) / ST(H) /SC / OBC/ MOBC ' Women / Physically Handicapped etc. will be maintained as per reservation of vacancies in service and post as per the misting Govt. norms and the instruction communicated by he Govt

                 The candidates will have to submit Treasury ChalIan of Rs. 1001- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of Director of Elementary Education, Assam under the Head of Account '0202-Genl-Edn-11-0ther State Plan 8 Non-Plan Scheme-01- Ele-Edn-800-0ther Expenditure-0800.0ther Expenditure-707-Advertisement (Non-Plan)" 2014-15 and submit the same in the office of the Director of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 within 20th December/ 2014. The eligible canddates can download Mimi Card from the website www.lpupteachers.com in due course of time. The names of candidates who will qualify in the written examination will be published in the website and they will bring their original testimonials for verification along with a set of self attested photocopy of testimonials before the interview board at the time of interview / viva-voce as under.
  • (a) Educational Qualification certificate. 
  • (b) Other qualification certificate. 
  • (c) Experience certificate issued by competent authority. 
  • (d) Age proof certificate. 
  • (e) Age condon certificate. if any (issued by the DEE, Assam). 
  • (f) Certificate issued by competent authonty prescribed by the Govt. regarding their status as SC/ST(P)/ST(H)/ OBCJMOBC. 
  • (g) Certificate from appropriate authonty clarifying the extent of disability of Physically Challenged persons. Reservation for Physically Challenged will be maintained as per Govt. existing rules. 
  • (h) Discharge Certificate (applicable to Ex-serviceman only). Reservation for Ex-serviceman will be maintained as per Govt. existing rules. 
The venue for interview / viva-voce will be notified in due course of time through website / News papers. Applications not accompanied with all necessary enclosures / not in proper form will be rejected. No TN DA will be admecible for attending the Test / Interview. The venue and date of Test / Interview will be notified in the website / News papers later on. Canvassing directly or indirectly will be disqualifed the candidature.

Grade IV jobs in Director of Elementary Education Assam

In pursuance of the Govt. letter No. AEE.402/20 I 4/79 dated 21-11-2014 online applications are invited in prescribed format from the candidates who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the constitutions of India for tilling up of the vacancies as indicated below in the office of the Director of Elementary Education, Assam in Pay Band-I (PB-1) @ Rs. 4,560 - Rs. 15,000 + Grade Pay Rs. 1,500/- per month plus other allowances as admissible under rules. Reservation of posts for ST(P)/ST(H)/SC/OBC/MOBC/ Women/Physically Handicapped etc. will be maintained as per reservation of vacancies in service and post as per the existing Govt. norms and the instruction communicated by the Govt.

Assam in Pay Bandit (PB-2) Rs. 5,200 - Rs. 20,200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2,200/- per month plus other allowances as admissible under rules.  How to apply : The candidates should submit the application in the Standard Form published in the Assam Gazette Part IX along with sett attested copies of testimonials and 2 (two) copies of recent passport size photographs; one of which should be pasted on the application. The applicant should clearly mention the name of post applied for in the Standard Form and also on the top corner of envelope. The application should be addressed to the Director ,  Elementary Education Officer concerned and the same will be submitted to the respective office of the District Elementary Education Officer. One candidate can apply only in one district.
