  1.  Nationality: Candidate must be a Citizen of India
    Age: Candidate must not be fess than 18 years or more than 38 years of age as on the 1st January 2017. Relaxation of age is admissible as per existing rules.

  2. Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream with minimum 60%  marks in aggregate with an UGC/AICTE approved/recognized Diploma in Computer Science/Application' O' Level or Equivalent certificate from NIELIT or Diploma holders from Polytechnic with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade from an UGC/AICTE approved/recognized institution in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Electronics Telecommunications Engineering/Information Technology.

  3. Desirable Condition: Candidate must have the Computer typing speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour. A certificate of typing/skill Test is needed,

  4. Other Preference: Typing knowledge in language like Assamese/Bengali/Devanagiri would be preferable.

  5. Experience: Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in Data Entry Operation is needed.

  6. Candidate already In Govt. Service should apply through proper channel.

Age: Age should not be more than 38 years and not less than 18 years as on 01.01.2015. Upper age limit is relaxable as per existing rules in force for the reserved category.
How to apply:
Candidates who are in Govt. Service should submit their application through proper channel within the last date.

ST(H) reservation shall be extended to ST(H) candidates with caste certificate issued by competent district authority stating that the candidate belongs to ST(H) residing in plains area as per Govt. norms.

  2. Educational Qualification: The applicants must have passed HSLC examination from Govt Govt. recognized institution along with valid Driving License.

  3. Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.

  4. Mandatory particulars to be enclosed with the application are HSLC Admit Card, Pass Certificate & Mark sheet, PRC. Caste Certificate, Employment Exchange Registration Card. Treasury Challan, 4 (four) copies of recent passport size photograph on front side with name of applicant and address of the applicant written on the rear side and 1 (one) ol which will have to be pasted on appropriate position of the application. All the documents should duly be attested by Gazetted Officer.

  5. A copy of Treasury Challan for Rs. 5/- (five) only as application fee deposited under Head of Amount -0070-other Administrative Services' should be attached with the application form.

  6. The last date for submission of application is fixed on 29.09.2014. Incomplete and incorrect applications will be rejected.

  7. Eligible candidates will be called for preliminary scrutiny of applications along with documents on 24.10.2014. Candidates found eligible after verification will undergo driving test on 25.102014 followed by interview on 26.10.2014. The HI of such candidates will also be available in www.sivasagar.gov.in and www.missiongreensivasagar.com call letters may be downloaded from the above websites.

  8. If any eligible candidate does not receive the call letter before 23.10.2014 through Postal Department, he shall collect his call letter from the Personnel Branch, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Sivasagar on or before the date of respective interview. No admission to any interview hall would be permitted without production of call letter pasted with attested photograph of the applicant.

  9. A selection Committee shall be constituted to select the candidates for the post of Driver. Candidature of candidates is provisional and the Committee has the right to accept or reject the candidature of any candidates at any stage of recruitment after proper scrutiny of the documents/ testimonials etc.

  10. The selected candidates for appointment shall have to give an undertaking that they will abide by the New Pension Rue of Govt. of Assam along with their Joining Report

  11. While considering for appointment, other claims under different Rules and the Govt. instruction as well as cases covered by Honble High Court etc. would be placed before the Selection Committee as per Law. The onus for making various claims as above lies upon the applicant who shall submit the same along with applications. The onus for providing proof for special claims lies upon the applicant. Documents relating to various claims have to be submitted directly to the Deputy Commissioner, Sivasagar physically on or before the last date of tests (either interview or test & proficiency whichever is later).
