Educational qualifications :

  • 1. B.com with Major in Accountancy.

  • 2. Computer diploma/certificate especially in Tally ERP. Working Experience: knowledge of general accounts, Income tax, GST, CPF etc are desirable.


Salary :  Rs.20000/- per month ( fixed pay) plus CPF benefit as per rule.

Period : 11 months only, however it may extend depending on performance.

Venue and time of the interview: on 11.08-2017 at 10.00 AM onwards in Bigyan Bhawan , GS Road , Guwahatt-05. Age limit : 18 to 43 years as on 01/01/2017.

Eligibility:

  •  Sportspersons who have represented their University in All India Inter-University Tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board in any Game/Sports mentioned at serial number 1 above.


Scale of Pay:



  • Auditor/Accountant: Level 5 in the Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Pay in the Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200
    with Grade Pay Rs 2800/-)

  • Clerk: Level 2 in the Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Pay in the Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay
    Rs 1900/-)


Educational Qualification:



  • Auditor/Accountant: Bachelor's Degree of a recognised University.

  • Clerk: 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or University.


The persons selected for the post of Clerk will have to qualify the Typing Test after appointment and the persons selected for the post of Auditor/Accountant will have to qualify the Departmental Confirmatory Test for Auditor/Accountant within two years from the date of their appointment. Failure to pass the examination will render them liable for discharge from service.
