Arohan Microfinance recruitment Notice for Training Officer (HR)

Arohan has established its presence in West Bengal, Assam, and Bihar, the three largest low-income states in the eastern part of the country. It has recently started operations in a fourth low-income state - Jharkhand. In the near future, it plans to initiate operations in the states of Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Meghalaya, Tripura, Chattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh. 

Arohan Micro finance invites applications for the following positions :
Name of the post : Training Officer.
Total No.of openings : 1
Location : Guwahati (Assam)
Qualification : Minimum Graduate with Exposure to micro finance industry

Job responsibilities : Will be responsible for rolling out training programme in the state. This will include taking ownership and ensuring quality of various induction programmes. Rolling out training calendar, liaisoning with training resources, maintaining record of all the training sessions in the state. Inducting new candidates in the field and providing their feedback to reporting seniors.
Monitoring progress and handholding new joinees will also be one of the major responsibilities of this role.

Key responsibilities: Implementing training schedule and training plan. Training delivery. Control attrition among new joiness.Capacity building of old staff. Imparting training to new and old staff on soft skills.
Participate and ensure quality in training audit.Various training initiatives.

Profile: Should have 3-5 years of overall experience with atleast 2 years of field sales and 1 year of supervisory experience or first line manager essential. Prior experience in product and sales training will be added advantage. Exposure to micro finance industry. Other industry considered BFSI.
