Program Manager & Programme Coordinator Jobs in IL&FS Education and Technology Services Limited

Position 1: Program Manager
Base location : Guwahati
Experience : Minimum 5 years' Experience in projects/profiles related to coordination of projects in Public health/ community engagement
Educational background: MSW/Masters in Anthropology/Rural Management from a reputed university/college.
Other requirements : Fluent in Assamese, English and Hindi.Working knowledge of computer/office software
Job Profile : Job profile will require regular coordination with multiple teams, organizations and travelling to project sites across Assam and NE. Supervise Program implementation in coordination with District Coordinators.Develop the district implementation plan, assist in the selection, training and induction of District Coordinators and Outreach workers. The person should be able to develop and implement M&E plans and should be efficient in budgeting.
Position 2: Programme Coordinator (Only Female)
Base location : Tinsukia
Experience : Minimum 2 years' Experience in projects/profiles related to coordination of projects in Public health/ community engagement
Educational background : Graduate in social science Rural Management or any Graduate.
Other requirements : Fluent in Assamese, English and Hindi. Working Knowledge of computers/office software compulsory. Knowledge of the regions' geography, demographics would be essential Job profile will require regular coordination with multiple team members and travelling to project sites across the district and adjoining areas. Working with local partner, partner management, Monitoring and Evaluation, budgeting, cost conscious.
