Grade IV jobs in Director of Elementary Education Assam

In pursuance of the Govt. letter No. AEE.402/20 I 4/79 dated 21-11-2014 online applications are invited in prescribed format from the candidates who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the constitutions of India for tilling up of the vacancies as indicated below in the office of the Director of Elementary Education, Assam in Pay Band-I (PB-1) @ Rs. 4,560 - Rs. 15,000 + Grade Pay Rs. 1,500/- per month plus other allowances as admissible under rules. Reservation of posts for ST(P)/ST(H)/SC/OBC/MOBC/ Women/Physically Handicapped etc. will be maintained as per reservation of vacancies in service and post as per the existing Govt. norms and the instruction communicated by the Govt.

Total posts : 5 Nos.
1.. Reservation :
(i) ST (P) - 10%
(ii) ST (H) - 5%
(iii) SC - 7%
(iv) OBC / MOBC - 27%
(v) Women - 30% (in all categories)
(vi) Physically Handicapped - 3%
(vii) Ex-Service Man - 2%
2. Age : Must not be less than 18 years and not more than 38 years as on 01-01-2014. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidate & 2 years in case of Ex-serviceman.
3. Educational Qualification : High School Leaving Certificate Examination or its equivalent examination passed.

4. How to apply : Application will be received only on online from the candidates through website www.lpupteachers.com from 6th December to Midnight of 15th December/2014. Online application form for Grade IV in the office of DEE, Assam is as follows :

The candidates will have to submit Treasury Challan of Rs. 100/- (Rs. 50/for SC/ST candidates) in favour of Director of Elementary Education, Assam under the Head of Account "0202-Genl-Edn-II-Other State Plan & Non-Plan Scheme-01-Ele-Edn-800-0ther Expenditure-0800-Other Expenditure-707-Advertisement (Non-Plan)" 2014-15 and submit the same in the office of the Director of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 within 20th December/ 2014. The names of candidates will be published in the website www.lpupteachers.com in due course of time and they will bring their original testimonials for verification along with a set of self attested photocopy of testimonials before the interview board at the time of interview/viva-voce as under.
(a) Educational Qualification certificate.
(b) Other qualification certificate.
(c) Experience certificate issued by competent authority.
(d) Age proof certificate.
(e) Age condon certificate, if any (issued by the DEE, Assam).
(f) Certificate issued by competent authority prescribed by the Govt. regarding their status as SC/ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/ MOBC.
(g) Certificate from appropriate authority clarifying the extent of disability of Physically Challenged persons. Reservation for Physically Challenged will be maintained as per Govt. existing rules.
(h) Discharge Certificate (applicable to Ex-serviceman only). Reservation for Ex-serviceman will be maintained as per Govt. existing rules.
                        The venue for interview/viva-voce will be notified in due course of time through website/News papers. Applications not accompanied with all necessary enclosures/not in proper form will be rejected. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the Test/Interview. The venue and date of Test/Interview will be notified in the website/ News papers later on. Canvassing directly or indirectly will be disqualified the candidature. 
Please Note : 
> Candidates should fill up all the fields in the online application. In case there is no information in a particular field, he/she will enter NIL. 
> After submitting the form, candidate should get the print out of tile application form on A4 size paper. In that print out candidate will get space for signature. The printed signed application should be submitted along with self attested copies of mark sheet and certificate in support of educational qualification, experience, caste, disability etc. for further authentication of his/her candidature, before the interview board at the time of interview/viva-voce. 
> Candidates should be very cautious while submitting the online application form. As once the online application is submitted he/she will not be allowed to submit the online application form for second time and there will be no scope for editing/correction.
 > After submitting the online application form, the candidate will get a unique number against his/her submitted application and will record the unique number for all future reference. 
> Candidates have to appear before Interview Board for interview/viva-voce as per the scheduled date which will be notified later. 
> Candidates may also note that for any lapse in submission of online application due to technical problem, this office will not be held responsible.
