Position: Executive Finance and Admin
Job Location: Guwahati, Bangalore & Dimapur

Job Description

  • Tracking the expenditure of each of the centres in the state and ensuring expenses are as per the MoU signed with each centre.

  • Providing utilization certificates for each centre expenses every month to the national office through the Regional coordinator Finance.

  • To maintain the attendance and leave records for all the trainer’s team and state team for all centres and the state.

  • To provide for salary request for each staff at the state level on 26th of every month.

  • Preparing financial MIS and sending the same to the Regional Coordinator Finance by 25th of every month.

  • Conducting surprise audits to centres twice every month to ensure expenditures are as per

  • MoU and each of the expenditure has supporting documents receipts/invoices.

  • To look out for accommodation/scout for residential arrangements for placed youth in a particular state as per the requirement of the state placement coordinator.

  • Provide administrative assistance to youth for after placement services – arranging vehicles, providing food, arranging stay.

Desired Candidate description


  • Financial management/administration ideally within an nongovernmental organisation (NGO)

  • Hold minimum 3-5 years of experience of analyzing financial information

  • Finance and Fundraising administrative support.


  • Graduation or Post Graduation in (Commerce or CA(Inter).

  • Certificate in Computerized accounting software.

  • Certified in accounting package and Tally version.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team

  • Proficient end user computing skills and proven application of MS Excel and Word

  • Minimum age limit is upto 30 years.

  • Travel should not be constraint.

  • Salary negotiable.
